We're aware that some transactions from the 19 April were not debited at the time. These payments were instead taken on Thursday 28 April. In resolving a wider issue, customers may have seen this amount refunded to their account and then taken once again on the 18 May.
We're sorry for any confusion that this has caused and would like to reassure our customers that they have only paid once for their purchase made on the 19 April.
