New homes available at the heart of Woodbridge
Four new homes are now available at the heart of Woodbridge, with the renovation of the former East of England Co-op on the Thoroughfare now complete.
Local contractors Forum Contracts recently completed the renovation, creating four one and two bed flats now available to let, as well as a new retail outlet for Mountain Warehouse.
Employing over 50 local people, including Apprentices, Forum Contracts have worked on a number of developments with the East of England Co-op over the past few years, including their flagship Supermarket on Hamblin Walk.

This is the first residential development to be completed in 2018 by the East of England Co-op, with further developments planned for Colchester and Witham.
