Woodbridge community coming together at dedication service
The local community is coming together to attend an open day and dedication service on Wednesday 9th August between 12pm and 3pm at the East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch in Woodbridge.
The friendly team, which includes a local Funeral Director, Civil Celebrant and Bereavement Counsellor, will be available throughout the afternoon for anyone wanting an informal chat. Tea, coffee and a range of delicious homemade cakes will also be available at the event.
Rector of Saint Mary’s Church, Reverend Canon Kevan McCormack will be leading the dedication service during the afternoon at 2pm, which will be attended by members of local clergy, councillors, local business' representatives and members of local clubs.
Toni Pearson, Funeral Arranger at the East of England Co-op Funeral Services comments: “We are looking forward to bringing local people together for this important dedication.
“It is important to us that our community is aware of the support that is available to them during the very difficult time that follows a bereavement. This dedication service will offer an opportunity for people to come together, ask questions and find out more about the services we provide over a cup of tea.”
The open day and dedication service will take place at the East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch at 26 Quayside, Woodbridge.
If you are unable to make it along, the Woodbridge funeral branch welcomes visitors between 9am and 5pm. Alternatively, the team is available on 01394 385456 for expert advice on funeral arrangements, pre-paid funeral plans and bereavement support.
