Charity car wash to support Kernos Centre

On Saturday 24 August, the East of England Co-op Funeral Services are hosting a car wash at their branch on Cornard Road, Sudbury raising funds for local charity the Kernos Centre.

The Kernos Centre is a Sudbury based charity which provides counselling to anyone who needs it, regardless of their circumstances.

Taking place between 9am and 1pm, Senior Funeral Co-ordinator Jodie Cartwright and colleagues will be treating visiting cars to a funeral fleet worthy wash. Jodie said: “Our fleet is washed, buffed and polished everyday to make sure it is always looking at its best. So, we thought why not raise money for a great local cause by running a car wash for local residents, visitors and businesses.”

The car wash will take place from 9am and 1pm, at the East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch on Cornard Road, Sudbury. No need to book, simply pop-along on the day. All donations welcome.
