Rosehill Retail Centre

Work is now complete on the £4 million Rosehill Retail Centre, with the final unit let to the British Heart Foundation. 

They join Aldi, energie Fitness, Bargain Buys, Greggs and the East of England Co-op at the extended site, which comprises over 40,000 sq.ft. of retail space, as well as 160 parking spaces. 

This is a really exciting development for us as a business and as a property developer.

East of England Co-op Joint Chief Executive Nick Denny, said: "We are very pleased to welcome the British Heart Foundation, completing the offering at Rosehill which now provides a range of services for the local community.

Demolition work begins - 7 July 2016

Building works have begun on our £4million retail park development on Felixstowe Road, Ipswich. 

Demolition work began last week at the East of England Co-op's Rosehill Retail Centre, which will see over 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space created, providing units for a further three retail outlets and parking for over 160 cars. Read more...
