East of England Co-op launches live show to get us talking about end of life
The interactive show, Celebrating Life Matters, will feature information and audience questions about Wills, assets, bereavement and celebrating life.
The retailer, which has supported local families with trusted funeral services for over 90 years, is launching the next episode in its Your Co-op Live series, Celebrating Life Matters. The episode will feature special guests and focus on:
- the importance of making a Will and safeguarding assets with Ellisons Solicitors
- the support and advice available for bereaved families and individuals
- and discussing common myths surrounding funerals.
Streaming live at 7pm on Tuesday 19 October, from Wherstead Park in Ipswich, the interactive show is free to attend with audience members able to watch the programme and ask questions from the comfort of their home.
Everyone who registers and joins the live stream on the night will receive a free treat box from East of England Co-op, sent directly to their door after the event. The box will include a few edible treats and a money off voucher to use at their local East of England Co-op store.
Niall O'Keeffe, Joint Chief Executive of the East of England Co-op, said: “The latest episode of Your Co-op Live will give our communities the opportunity to get invaluable advice from our panel of experts in a relaxed atmosphere. We hope that the event will also help people to start important conversations with their loved ones about celebrating life. Our experts’ thought-provoking advice should give the viewers plenty to consider and discuss with their loved ones to help them to start thinking about making plans for their future.”
Previous Your Co-op Live episodes have been themed around wellbeing, food justice, and the retailer’s popular Sourced Locally initiative. First live streamed in February 2021, the episodes have featured a diverse range of expert speakers, special guests, educational videos, discussions, Q&As and audience participation.
