• A funeral service at a local crematorium or your choice of final resting place, led by a celebrant, officiant, minister or relevant alternative faith representative*.
• Our full professional services, including making all necessary arrangements, taking care of official documentation, advice and guidance on certification and registration – all overseen by one of our Funeral Arrangers.
• Collection of your loved one within a 30 mile radius of any of our funeral branches in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk, and care for them at one of our Chapels of Rest (24-hour freephone careline service).
• Dressing of your loved one in a simple gown or in their own clothes and preparing them for their cremation or burial.
• A wood effect veneered coffin, named a simple coffin
• Up to 3 visits to spend time with your loved one at one of our Chapels of Rest during weekday opening hours, Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm, appointment only. 
• Your loved one will be transported by hearse direct to the cemetery or crematorium within a 30 mile radius of any of our funeral branches at a date and time agreed with our client.
• A cremation or graveside-only burial at your choice of final resting place.
• The services of a Funeral Director and a team of professional Funeral Bearers.
• We’ll collect any charitable donations on your behalf through our online tribute service.
• Ongoing support from our team of expert bereavement counsellors.

• Any additional services at other locations to your loved one’s cremation or graveside burial for example, additional church or a chapel service.
• An upgrade to the coffin choice, you can choose from any of the beautifully crafted coffin in our range.

• Embalming of your loved one.
• Any additional visits to spend time with your loved one in one of our Chapels of Rest.
• Any transport over 30 miles from one of our funeral branches.
• Transportation via route of your choice to the funeral service, or use of our limousine services.
• Collection of any charitable donations on your behalf during the funeral service.
• If you choose cremation, the return of your loved one’s ashes can be either to your local East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch for collection, or delivery to a local address.
• Any additional products and services, such as flowers and order of service or any keepsakes.
