Direct Cremation
What is a direct cremation?
Our Direct Cremation package offers an unattended cremation without a formal funeral service.
As with all our funeral packages, your loved one will receive the highest standard of care from our trusted team. We'll collect them within a 30-mile radius of an East of England Co-op Funeral Services branch and care for them at one of our Chapels of Rest.
Unlike many direct cremation providers, our package includes the opportunity to spend time with your loved one at a private Chapel of Rest visit before the cremation.
Direct Cremation Costs: £1,650
Our Funeral Director professional fees include a simple wood-effect veneered coffin and the third-party crematorium fee, alongside our professional services and arrangements.
Additional charges apply for transport beyond the included 30-mile radius or separately purchased services.
