New family homes now available in Ipswich

Five new family homes are now available to let on Cauldwell Hall Road in Ipswich.

Great Blakenham based contractors Elliston, Steady and Hawes recently completed the development, creating five three bed homes, on behalf of property developers and retailers the East of England Co-op. 

Nick Denny, Joint Chief Executive for the East of England Co-op, said:

This is the fourth rental housing scheme in the region developed and funded by the East of England Co-op in the last year, with a further development planned for New Street, Woodbridge.
