Our Alarm Receiving Centre, here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our fully accredited state-of-the-art monitoring and alarm receiving centre (ARC) enables us to tap into and monitor any security cameras you may have, with our friendly team at the end of the phone every hour of every day providing support and advice.

Entirely self-sufficient, with its own servers and power supplies, the ARC monitors over 11,000 CCTV cameras, as well as GPS tracking devices, lone workers, alarms and gates.

Monitored 24/7 by a team of friendly, highly skilled and qualified experts, who are proud to call East Anglia home, you can rest assured there is always someone there, focussed on protecting your business, giving you the freedom to focus on running your business.

And if the worst should happen, we will be there to get you back up and running fast, so you can get back to doing what you do best.

• BS5979 – Structure of the ARC
• BS8418 – Video Motion Detection
• BS8484 – Lone Working 
• CCTV SIA Licenses – All staff fully licensed in all CCTV duties
• CCTV SIA Door Supervisor/Guarding – All staff fully licensed for Guarding
• Secured by Design product - In order to achieve Secured by Design status,
  The ARC had to adhere to rigorous test standards required by the police.
