ABTA & ATOL protection
ABTA
As a member of ABTA, we follow its Code of Conduct, meaning that you can always expect high standards of service. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by the scheme, so if a supplier fails, there is a quick, clear and simple process in place to enable you to continue your holiday as planned or get your money back.
Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected, and you should ask us what protection is available.
Each of our branches has its own ABTA membership number. They are:

ATOL
By law, an Air Travel Organiser's Licence – or ATOL – must be held by every UK travel company which sells air holidays and flights.
Run by the Civil Aviation Authority, the licence protects customers by ensuring they do not get stranded abroad or lose money if an issue arises with the tour operator.
We only book with tour operators that have an ATOL licence.
