Treat box terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to a free treat box with a valid registration and attendance for the Your Co-op Live Celebrating Life Matters event.
By participating in the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promotion qualifying terms
To qualify for a free treat box, individuals must register for the Your Co-op Live Celebrating Life Matters before the closing date and time of Tuesday 19th October at 2:00pm through the online registration form.
To be valid, all registrants must tick yes to the ‘do you want to receive a free treat box?’ Question and enter a valid UK postal address on the registration form. Failure to supply a valid UK post address will result in the qualifying terms not being met.
Individuals who register will be sent a streaming link to the live show at 6:00pm on Tuesday 19th October. Individuals must use this stream link to qualify for the promotion. Individuals must enter their registration email address upon accessing the stream.
To be eligible for the promotion all individuals must access the live stream anytime between 19:00 GMT to 19:40 GMT.
Individuals who access the stream through our social media channel link do not qualify for a free treat box.
Entrants must be aged 16 years old and over. One free treat box per attendee email address. Individuals must reside in the UK.
Incomplete registrations will not be considered and will be destroyed.
The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the promotion or a violation of the terms and conditions.
The box
Attendees will receive one treat box which consists of several Sourced Locally products and a money off voucher to be used in store.
The photo of the products is a visual representation only. The contents of the box may change to an equivalent, or greater, value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. No cash alternative.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any symptoms or conditions that may develop caused by an allergic reaction to certain foods, food groups or substances enclosed in the treat box. It is the individual’s responsibility. All ingredients will be listed on the products.
Delivery
The treat box will be sent to the postal address supplied in the registration form.
The Promoter aims to deliver the treat boxes within 3-5 working days of the live event.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the ordered products and the Gift being lost or delayed in the post.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
