The Fairs Family have farmed in Suffolk since 1967. In 2004, they became the first farm in the UK to grow, press and bottle their own cold-pressed rapeseed oil, all in their solar-powered barn.

100% natural, nothing added, nothing taken away. Half the saturated fat of olive oil and high in Omega 3,6,9 and Vitamin E. Its flavour makes the oil perfect for dressing, sauces and marinades. Its high burn point means it's fantastic for frying and roasting too.

As well as cold-pressed rapeseed oil for cooking, at the East of England Co-op you can also purchase revitalising hand lotion and rehydrating hand wash made with the oil. Its rich Omega and vitamin content helps to nourish and enrich the skin.
