Our aim is to reach colleagues with learning that helps them perform better in their jobs, understand the co-op difference and live our co-op values; they do this every single day with creativity, passion and expertise. We can’t wait to build on this great success with some innovative and exciting new projects coming up in the next 12 months.”

The team are also responsible for the East of England Co-op’s Apprenticeship Scheme which launched earlier this year following a successful pilot. The Apprenticeships are providing employees with the opportunity to move up and move on within the business, helping to develop and retain local talent for the future.

This year’s winners also included Greene King, Alzheimer’s Society and Transport for London in partnership with t-three.
