The East of England Co-operative Society employs around 4,700 people across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Our colleagues are employed in a wide variety of jobs across our range of businesses including food, funeral services, opticians, pharmacy, travel branches, and our mobility centres.
As well as employees at our stores and branches there are many colleagues behind the scenes from our distribution network to our Trading Division, Building Services to Property, and our head office teams based at Wherstead Park, Suffolk including Finance, Secretariat and the HR Services Division.
We are committed to investing in our employees, and provide bespoke training where each employee is treated as an individual, including apprenticeships, and nationally recognised qualifications at our accredited centre.
