Five new family homes at the heart of Woodbridge, Suffolk are now complete and available to let.

Constructed by Great Blakenham based contractors Elliston, Steady and Hawes, the four three-bed homes and one four-bed home, have transformed the New Street site owned by the East of England Co-op.

Nick Denny, Joint Chief Executive for the East of England Co-op, said: “We’re incredibly pleased with this latest development. The past few months have been unprecedented, with the all industries impacted and needing to find new ways of working whilst keeping employees safe.

“We’ve worked with Elliston, Steady and Hawes on a number of local developments, who, despite the various restrictions and guidelines, have completed these new homes to an incredibly high-standing.

“This development will make a valuable addition to our investment property portfolio, whilst providing high quality family homes to rent.”

There has been keen interest in the development since plans were first announced last June [2019], with three of the homes already under offer.
