This October, the Caister community are invited to don their best fancy dress for a special screening of the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show in aid of the Caister Volunteer Lifeboat Service.

Taking place at the Caister Community Cinema from 7.30pm on Friday 5 October, tickets are now available to purchase from organisers the East of England Co-op Funeral Services for just £10 each. As well as prizes for the best themed costume, viewers will also enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz and cinema-style snacks.

Organised by Funeral Co-ordinator Katie Rogers, from the East of England Co-op Funeral Services Caister branch, she said: “We have a great relationship with both the Community Cinema and Lifeboat Service here in Caister. I’m looking forward to bringing them together and inviting the community to join us for what promises to be a night of fun and laughter whilst raising funds for such a valuable service.”

All monies raised will be donated to the Caister Volunteer Lifeboat Service. Britain’s first independent lifeboat service the team of unpaid volunteers help save lives at sea along the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline.
