3 great ways to entertain the kids this Easter

In this section

The Easter school holidays are here! A two-week break from school that brings the kids that seasonal wave of excitement. And parents a certain degree of fear that they may hear those dreaded words… ‘I’m bored!’

So, before you hire an adult-size bunny costume and scramble around for random eggs in the misguided hope that it should do the trick in terms of entertaining your little ones for the entire break, here at the East of England Co-op we want to make it Easter-easy for you with 3 great boredom busting activities…

1. Throw an Easter egg hunt

If you have a flock of little lambs to keep entertained, an Easter egg hunt in the garden or a park is the perfect way to soak up a few hours. Plan a route, write out some Easter-decorated clues, and plant trail markers to guide them to their exciting treasure.

Head to your local East of England Co-op store and pick up our Co-op’s Easter Egg Hunt Basket, which provides 20 small, foil-wrapped, milk chocolate eggs with four egg hunt markers to point your intrepid explorers in the right direction.

There’s also the Co-op’s Happy Easter Egg Hunt box, Lindt’s Lindor little eggs, Maltesers Mini Bunnies, and multipack mini egg pouches, like Cadbury Mini Eggs.

For the finish line, you could throw in some champion treats like the Co-op’s 12-pack Easter Character Cupcakes.
