Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor

What is your favourite part of your Apprenticeship?
I received great support throughout the process (from both my family, manager and our L&D team). It was rewarding to be part of a group going through the same process as you.

Why did you choose an Apprenticeship?
After earning a promotion to a supervisor position, I was keen to gain additional experience in leadership and management, so I put myself forward for an apprenticeship.

What has your Apprenticeship enabled you to do?
The knowledge I gained from the course has helped me to create what I think is a very productive and happy team. I also proved to myself and to others that you can do anything if you work hard and commit to it.

What do you think are the benefits of an Apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship programme helped me in ways I didn’t expect. It helped me to improve my communication skills, as well as important skills like Maths and English.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about doing an Apprenticeship?
Give it a go! You’re never too old to learn. Hard work and determination always pays off.

What one piece of advice would you give another Apprentice?
Be open minded and ready to learn.

What are your future plans?
I found the process and support from my mentor so useful, I’ve decided to become a mentor myself! I’m also enrolling in an Accountancy Apprenticeship.
