We strongly encourage all colleagues take the time to familiarise themselves with the following sections of the Colleague Handbook. Alongside any job-specific training and support our colleagues receive, these should help to clarify our expectations and ensure that everyone working for our co-op is doing the right thing. They include important information about legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the general standards we expect.

The following sections are also very important and will help you and line managers with any questions or areas of interest you have.

If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding the design or content of our Colleague Handbook, please let us know by email by clicking here.

Our Colleague Handbook sets out details of our employment policies, procedures and practices and operates alongside your Contract of Employment.  The Colleague Handbook is non-contractual and we reserve (without limitation) the right to amend, vary or withdraw policies within it at any time.  However, we expect to consult fully with the appropriate recognised Trade Union over any significant changes we propose to make.
