East of England Co-op appoints Ben Grover to drive growth at Co-op Secure Response

Ben, who brings more than 12 years’ experience in sales and business growth roles, joins from Klipspringer Ltd, where he delivered innovative projects including audit compliance solutions through temperature monitoring technology. 

On joining the East of England Co-op, Ben said: “I’m very excited to take on this role, I’ve been involved in a number of businesses from a sales perspective, and I consider myself a very client focused individual, experienced in maintaining great relationships both internally and externally. I’m looking forward to the challenge of supporting Co-op Secure Response to be one of the leading and most trusted security providers in the UK.” 

Part of the East of England Co-op's family of businesses, Co-op Secure Response provides tailored security and monitoring services across multiple industries, both the UK and Europe. With a client-first approach, they partner with organisations to help them with risk reduction, people protection, loss prevention and increased compliance. 

As well as full system design and installation, Co-op Secure Response provides monitoring for alarms and CCTV (via event activation) through their own fully accredited Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Co-op Secure Response is SSAIB certified, with the ARC recognised as meeting the Secured by Design, Police Preferred Specification. 

Co-op Secure Response’s systems continue to evolve through the integration of AI. Using the most advanced technology, the ARC monitors more than 20,000 CCTV cameras, as well as GPS tracking devices, lone workers, alarms and gates.
