Bloody Finger Hot Dogs

Ingredients: 


  • 300g Co-op Irresistible Chocolate for Change 45% Cocoa Milk Chocolate
  • 100g Co-op Irresistible Chocolate for Change 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Co-op Salted Butter 
  • 3 tbsp Golden Syrup 
  • 100g Co-op Digestive Biscuits, broken into chunks 
  • 75g Co-op Home Baking Pink & White Marshmallows
  • 75g Glacé Cherries in Sugar Syrup 
  • 2 tbsp Co-op A Sprinkle of Hundreds & Thousands


Optional


  • 50g Mixed Nuts (optional) 

Instructions:


  1. Prepare the tin:


Line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper.


2. Melt the mixture:


In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter, golden syrup, and both chocolates, stirring until smooth.


3. Mix dry ingredients:


In a large bowl, combine the biscuits, marshmallows, cherries, and nuts.


4. Combine:


Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.


5. Set and decorate:


Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, press down firmly, and sprinkle with glitter or sprinkles.


6. Chill and serve:


Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.


Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!


Tips


  • Swap nuts for extra biscuits, dried fruit, or mini pretzels if preferred.
  • Use white chocolate for a sweeter version or dark only for a richer taste.
  • For easy cutting, dip your knife in hot water and wipe dry before slicing.
  • Store in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
