East of England Co-op welcomes mydentist to Rosehill Centre

East of England Co-op has announced it has agreed to lease its former Rosehill food store, located at Unit 4, Rosehill Centre on Hines Road in Ipswich, to mydentist, the UK’s leading provider of affordable dental care. The new practice is set to open in spring 2026 and will provide a modern, spacious environment for patients.

This move marks another step in the East of England Co-op’s commitment to using its property portfolio to bring essential services into the heart of local communities. By repurposing its spaces in ways that benefit residents, the local Co-op is ensuring that high-quality services remain accessible and relevant.

The dental provider invests over £50 million annually into its people, technology, and facilities, delivering state-of-the-art practices with the latest dental innovations.
