Saving stamps

Cash in your completed savings card worth £48 during December and we’ll give you a £2 bonus!

Terms and Conditions:

1. This card can only be used for The Co-operative Food £1 savings
stamps.

2. Full or part completed cards can be redeemed at any time against
purchase of goods (excluding cigarettes, tobacco, National Lottery,
PayPoint, mobile phone top-up cards, gift vouchers, non-food,
coffee shop, in-store concessions, first-stage baby milk products
and fuel).

3. Savings stamps cannot be redeemed in store for cash. Change will
only be given up to 99p for part payment with a savings stamp.

4. A completed card with £48 worth of savings stamps, when
redeemed in December, is worth £50. NOTE partially completed or
partially redeemed cards do not qualify for the £2 bonus.

5. Savings stamps may only be redeemed in the stores of the
co-operative society from which they were purchased. For the
avoidance of doubt, savings stamps sold in the East of England
Co‑op stores may only be redeemed at East of England Co-op
stores.

6. When you have completed the card, or saved all you want, simply
hand it to a cashier when you shop. The amount saved (plus £2
if you are redeeming the full amount of £48 in savings stamps in
December) will be deducted from your shopping bill (subject to the
restrictions set out in paragraph 3 above).

7. ENSURE YOU KEEP YOUR SAVINGS STAMP CARD SAFE as the
East of England Co-op is not responsible for lost cards and you will
be unable to redeem your savings stamps without a valid savings
stamp card.

8. If we believe that your savings stamp card or your savings stamps
have been copied or otherwise replicated or we otherwise suspect
that your claim is fraudulent or not genuine, we reserve the right to
refuse redemption of your savings stamps.

9. Your money is transferred by the East of England Co-op to be
pooled with other food stamp money and held by a trustee who is
independent of this society. The trust structure is intended to offer
protection for your money if the East of England Co-op becomes
insolvent however this does not guarantee that you will receive
100% of your money in the event of an insolvency.

10. This scheme is only available to customers of Co-operative
Food Group Limited and participating independent co-operative
