Fruity Yoghurt Parfait

Serves: 4 small glasses

Age: 3+ (with adult help for cooking)

Ingredients:

  • 500g Co-op natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 250g Co-op mixed fruit (strawberries, bananas, berries)
  • 60–80g granola or crushed biscuits
  • Co-op Squeezy Honey (optional, for over 1s)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the fruit carefully and ask an adult to help chop it into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Spoon a layer of yoghurt into the bottom of each glass or cup.
  3. Add a layer of chopped fruit on top of the yoghurt.
  4. Sprinkle over some granola or crushed biscuits for a crunchy layer.
  5. Keep building the layers — yoghurt, fruit, then crunch — until the glasses are full.
  6. If using honey, ask an adult to drizzle a little on top.
  7. Serve straight away and enjoy together as a special Mother’s Day treat.

Tips for Kids

  • Let children help spoon the layers.
  • Count the layers together.
  • Use clear glasses so the colours show.

Easy Variations
