An update – East of England Co-op Online Shopping

On 10th August 2024, we will be closing our online shopping platform, East of England Co-op Online Shopping.  

As part of a review of the services we provide our members and customers, we’ve taken the decision to close our East of England Co-op Online Shopping service. We will continue to offer rapid home delivery from many of our stores through our trusted third-party provider, Just Eat, and are exploring the option to expand this service, as well as introducing other well-established third-party services, to our other stores in the future.

Other questions and answers  

Q: What will happen to the dividend points I’ve collected whilst using the East of England Co-op Online Shopping service?  

Any dividend points that you’ve collected since the 28 January 2024 will be collated as usual and distributed as dividend in June/July 2025.  

Q: Can I collect points on my order from Just Eat?  

As a third-party platform Just Eat doesn’t include the option to collect membership points on orders.  

Q: Can I use my colleague discount on Just Eat?  

As Just Eat is a third-party platform we’re not able to apply colleague discount on these orders.
