Registering for our Annual Members Meeting
Our Annual Members' Meeting 2026 will take place on Thursday, 21st May 2026, with options to attend online or in person. Find more details about the time of the meeting and how to register below.
Date: Thursday 21 May 2026
In-person: Wherstead Park, Ipswich from 4.30pm (with main meeting starting at 6.15pm)
Online: Main meeting starts at 6.15pm

About the meeting
The AMM is the East of England Co-op's annual general meeting.
It brings together members, colleagues and Directors to:
- Share updates on the past year
- Ask questions
- Take part in key decisions
The meeting is open to all East of England Co-op Members.
What happens at the meeting
During the meeting, you can:
- Hear updates from our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team
- Review the Annual Report and Accounts
- Receive the results of the Election of Directors
- Take part in a question-and-answer session
- Vote on motions for 2025/26
These include:
- Dividend
- Director fees
- Auditors
- Co-op Party subscription
Voting eligibility
Members who have been a member of the East of England Co-op since before 21st November 2026 and have at least £1 in their share account are eligibile to vote.
Attending in person
Those attending in person this year will have the opportunity to enjoy tastings from our local suppliers and meet some of the community groups we've supported through our Community Cares Fund and Local Giving. Light refreshments will also be available.
