Tips for Posting on Social Media

Share human stories: People care about people. You’re likely to have higher engagement with your posts if it contains pictures of people. This doesn’t have to be beneficiaries. You can include staff or volunteers too. Everyone must give written consent to their image being shared.

Create posts that people want to share: Posts that make people feel good or passionate about your work are more likely to be shared, especially if they are associated with striking images. Infographics are a great way to draw attention to the facts behind an issue.

Always tag us in your posts: We’ll always try to share your content with our followers if we can, which will bring a wider audience to your cause.
