If you have experienced an issue with a Co-op branded product, please use this form to let the supplier know. The East of England Co-op can provide a refund or replacement for affected items, but if you would like your feedback to be shared with or passed on to the supplier, you will need to complete their form.
If you believe we have made an error, please revisit the store, and a colleague will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement of this item. When returning to the store, please bring either the receipt or the product packaging.
If your charity or good cause would like to request support from the East of England Co-op, we’d love to hear from you. You can find out more about the different ways we support our communities and apply online by visiting the ‘Community’ section of this website.
As a smaller regional convenience retailer, we're unable to offer prices comparable with large national supermarket chains. However, we do continually review our food pricing and work hard to offer our communities what they need and when they need it.
It is never our intention to make it harder for people to spend with us; we regularly review what’s stocked and where. This can be driven by supplier changes, wastage, cost price increases or changing shopping habits and trends.
If you would like us to consider stocking a product in one of our stores, please let us know by completing this form. We then collate this feedback and share it with our commercial team, who consider this when making future decisions that are within our control.
As a community retailer, we take our legal and moral responsibilities for preventing the sale of age-restricted products very seriously and therefore have strict rules that our colleagues must follow.
‘Challenge 25’ encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID if they wish to buy an age-restricted item, such as alcohol or tobacco. Our store colleagues are trained on these rules to ensure that anyone who looks under 25 is asked to provide identification as evidence of their age. If we believe that someone over the age of 18 is trying to buy age-restricted products for anyone under 18, we will also decline the sale.
We recognise that many customers may not be able to provide identification from the UK as evidence of their age. Therefore, we will accept a photo driving licence, passport, or National Identity Card from outside the UK, provided it meets our required checking and authorisation process.
If you believe we have made an error, please revisit the store, and a colleague will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement of this item. When returning to the store, please bring either the receipt or the product packaging.
All of our jobs are posted online for a minimum of 1 week, So it’s good to keep an eye on our careers page.
You can create an account, set up alerts, and apply for jobs that open within an area you would be willing to travel to.

Some East of England Co-op car parks are managed by third-party companies. This is to ensure that spaces remain available for those who are authorised to use them, such as our customers, Blue Badge holders, or those using parent and child spaces to alight children. If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), please note that we are unable to support appeals directly. Any queries or appeals must be directed to the parking management company listed on the notice.
If you’re unsure who to contact, our main switchboard is here to assist you. Please call us on 01473 786000, and we’ll do our best to connect you with the right person or team.
Please note that some of our colleagues are unable to take unsolicited calls, but our switchboard team will ensure your enquiry reaches the relevant department.
