    What sort of tickets can I book?
    You can book off-peak return rail tickets ONLY on Greater Anglia train routes. This covers Off-Peak Day Returns, Super Off-Peak Day Returns, and an Off-Peak Return.  For details about off-peak tickets visit https://www.greateranglia.co.uk/tickets-fares/daily-tickets/off-peak-and-super-off-peak-tickets
    On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays you can travel at any time.
    If you're travelling to London, you can travel on the first train time to arrive at London Liverpool Street after 10am Monday to Friday.

    How far in advance can I book my tickets?
    Advance fares can be booked up to 12 weeks.

    Can I book on day of travel? 
    No. You need to allow enough time for the Greater Anglia Specialist Services team to respond to your ticket request submission during week days only. Please allow 48 hours from ticket request submission to receiving ticket price confirmation and booking option.
    Please note: The Greater Anglia Specialist Services team opeate between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday only.  

    How do I book tickets?
    You need to register your details first and then submit a ticket request. Greater Anglia will respond to your ticket request via email or you can call them on 0333 332 4000 (option 1 - Specialist Services). 
    Plan your journey before you book.

    Can I book seats?
    Seat reservations are not available.

    Can I book tickets with this offer on any other train ticket providers websites?
    No. You can only access our Member offer via our dedicated ‘Hop-on’ page. You won’t be able to book these 2FOR1 off-peak return rail tickets on Greater Anglia with any other train ticket providers or through the Greater Anglia main website – so don’t go searching for this offer anywhere else!

    How do I collect my tickets?
    Once you have confirmed and completed the booking process you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number. You will need to bring your reference number and your payment card to collect your tickets. Tickets can only be collected from the ticket machine or booking office at your chosen train station. You will be asked to specify your chosen train station and given collection details during the booking process on the website. These tickets are not available via post or accessible via an app.

    Why do I need to register?
    You’ll need to register before submitting your ticket request for the first time, so we can make sure anyone booking tickets is a member of the East of England Co-op.  You’ll need your six-digit membership number to register.  After registering first time, you will only need your email address and chosen password to access the ticket request page again.

    When do I need my membership number?
    You’ll need your six-digit membership number which is on the front of your membership card to register and set up an account.  You’ll only need this once, at the registration stage.  Next time you book, you won’t need it.

    What if I don’t know my membership number?
    If you can’t find your membership number, call our Member Support team on 0800 389 5354, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm or email membersupport@eastofengland.coop.

    If there is engineering work is my ticket still available on rail replacement services?
