Lily and Adrian of Yum Yum Tree Fudge set out nine years ago to make the best quality fudge in the UK. Together, they've created more than 80 delicious flavours so far.

At Yum Yum Tree, the team only use the finest, premium ingredients to make their sweets treats really stand out from the rest. They use natural flavours where possible and British sugar because after all East Anglia is renowned for sugar beet cultivation. Lily and Adrian also try to reduce the amount of sugar in their fudge, replacing it with a natural sweetener derived from birch trees - and that's where the Yum Yum TREE Fudge name came from!

"We started making fudge at home eleven years ago, with the aim of making the UK’s best quality fudge and to be the most environmentally friendly fudge business possible. With the help of the Co-op, we have made this a reality. Their Locally Sourced Fortnight generates so many orders we just only kept up! It was a massive boost for our little business."
