Hodmedod
Nick Saltmarsh, Josiah Meldrum and William Hudson founded Hodmedod in 2012 to supply beans and other products from British farms.

Hodmedod's have a keen interest in bringing out the lesser known foods from the past such as the fava bean which has been grown in Britain since the iron age but has lied dormant.... until now.
Fava beans are delicious, nutritious and good for the soil and bees. Split fava beans are especially versatile and easy to cook as they don’t need soaking. Use Hodemod's Organic Split Fava Beans to make dal, falafel or hummus - or add a handful or more to soups, stews or curries. The beans get softer and softer the longer they're cooked.
