The colouring competition is run by East of England Co-op and is open to all UK residents. If you’re under 18, please make sure that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these terms before you participate in the competition. No purchase necessary. Only those age 13 or over can participate in the competition via Facebook or Twitter

The promotion is a colouring competition, which is open to anyone who submits a photo of their colouring sheet to the competition online via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or who sends their colouring sheet, full name, address, phone number and photo to Protected World Competition (Communications Team), East of England Co-op, Wherstead Park, The Street, Wherstead, Ipswich, IP9 2BJ or by email to digital@eastofengland.coop.

The prize is a full set of Protected World Toys.

Closing date for entry is midnight on Sunday 3rd September 2017. All entries must be received by that date. The winning entry will be randomly selected week commencing 4th September 2017. The winner will be notified on social media on/by Friday 8th September. The winner may be asked to participate in a photo/publicity opportunity. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be
issued to their parent or guardian.

The East of England Co-op will not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize.

All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it. 

Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the East of England Co-op to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition. 

The Society reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw. The prize will be despatched by first class post within 30 days of the winner being notified. The Society accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By participating in the competition and submitting your information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from the East of England Co-op and indicating your consent to receiving general communications from the East of England Co-op in accordance with the East of England Co-op  privacy policy, which is available at www.eastofengland.coop/privacy-policy-cookies. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
