The Brook is focused on living an environmentally-conscious lifestyle without the sacrifice usually associated with it. Their range is made in small batches and is flavour-packed, nutrient rich dishes that demonstrate just how tasty vegan food can be.

Clive’s focus on organic 'free from' foods from their bakery  on the top floor of a converted woollen mill in Buckfastleigh, South Devon since 1986. Other products include vegan pasty, vegan rolls, and a gluten free vegan nut roast.

"We do everything we can to minimise our environmental impact through local sourcing of ingredients, waste recycling (tins, cardboard, plastic, film and vegetable peelings), using recyclable packaging and the recent installation of a heat recovery unit to heat our hot water from the waste heat generated from our chillers and freezers."

Vbites was established over 25 years ago and is continuously expanding with a vision to continue creating innovative and tasty meat-free vegan meat substitutes. Distributed worldwide, Vbites has six reputable sub-brands as well.
