To help us to help you, we ask for the commitment of our members and customers in supporting the measures we are taking to keep our branches safe and open.
To help us to help you, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidlines, when visiting our Food stores, Supermarkets, Forecourts, Funeral branches and other retail spaces:
To keep customers and our colleagues safe, face coverings must be worn in our stores and branches, unless you are exempt. If a colleague asks you to put on a mask, this is to protect you and everyone who enters our store. Thank you for supporting our colleagues who are working tirelessly to provide a vital service to our communities throughout this crisis.
When you visit us, you will see signs and reminders about social distancing. Please keep a 2-metre distance from other customers and our colleagues at all times. Thank you for your support with this, following social distancing guidelines will help to keep you and our colleagues safe.
To help maintain social distancing, we will be restricting the number of customers in store where necessary. To help keep store numbers at a safe level, please wait outside while we manage the number of customers in our stores and branches for everyone's safety and shop alone where possible.
Please continue to follow good hand hygiene practices. To help with this, there are hand sanitiser stations in place at our stores and branches.
The actions we take now will have a significant impact on how we pull through this crisis and we know we will have your support for the measures we are taking to keep our communities safe.
