We’re accepting membership cards again.
While keeping hold of your card, please present the barcode on the back to the till operator. If your card won’t scan, the till operator will not make contact with it. If this happens, please keep your receipts so that your dividend points can be added at a later date.
What to do with collected receipts
If you still have shopping receipts from the period we were unable to accept membership cards, please follow the relevant guidance below:
- If the receipt is less than 14 days old - Please take into your local store along with your member's card and the points will be awarded.
- If the receipt is older than 14 days - Please contact our Member Support team, either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 389 5354 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm). You will be sent a pre-paid envelope for you to return your receipts - along with your name, address and membership number - and the points will be credited to your account.
