Entry
Entry to the prize draw means the individual accepts these terms and conditions which are the rules for the prize draw.
Entry into the prize draw is obtained by registering to Your Co-op Live Sourced Locally Matters with a valid email address, entry in the first name field and postcode field. Entry is open from Monday 14th June 2021 09:00 GMT to Thursday 24th June 2021 12:00 GMT.
Entrants must be aged 18 years old and over. One prize draw entry per registration and email address.
Incomplete entries will not be considered and will be destroyed.
The prize
One prize winner will receive one Sourced Locally hamper which consists of a number of Sourced Locally products.
The photo of the hamper is a visual representation only. The contents of the prize may change to an equivalent, or greater, value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. No cash alternative. No alternative prize of equal value.
Winner
The winner will be selected at random on Thursday 24th June 2021 at 14:00 GMT. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date and time.
The winner’s first name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to Community Engagement, East of England Co-operative Society, Wherstead Park, The Street, Wherstead, Ipswich IP9 2BJ between Monday 28th June and Friday 9th July 2021.
The winner will be announced during the Your Co-op Live event on Thursday 24th June 2021 from 18:00 GMT.
The winner will be contacted via their supplied email address on Friday 25th June to confirm their win. The winner will then need to confirm their postal address to the East of England Co-op to ensure their prize is delivered.
Upon delivery, the winner will be asked if they wish to participate in a publicity photo to be displayed on the East of England Co-op’s social media channels.
The winner must claim their prize by Wednesday 30th June 2021 by 17:00 GMT. Should the promoter be unable to contact the winner within the deadline, the promoter reserves the right to reward the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
By submitting an entry into the prize draw competition, the winner agrees that their first name and location of town can be published on the Your Co-op Live event, the East of England Co-op website, East of England Co-op social media and East of England Co-op Your Co-op live email.
