These terms and conditions apply to the free £5 store voucher incentive for Your Co-op Live Celebrating Life Matters Episode 2 on Wednesday 9th March 2022.
By participating in the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Background
Individuals who register and attend the Your Co-op Live Celebrating Life Matters Episode 2 on Wednesday 9th March 2022 will be automatically entered in a prize draw to win 1 of 50 £5 store vouchers.
Promotion qualifying terms
To be entered into the free prize draw, individuals must register for the Your Co-op Live Celebrating Life Matters Episode 2 before the closing date and time of Wednesday 9th March at 12:00pm through the online registration form. Registrants after this time will be invalid for the promotion.
To be valid, all registrants must compete all the relevant fields including first name, surname, email address and postcode.
Registrations are free and no purchase is necessary.
Individuals who register to the episode will be sent a streaming link to the live show at 6:30pm on Wednesday 9th March 2022. Individuals must use this stream link to qualify for the promotion. Individuals must enter their registration email address upon accessing the stream.
To be eligible for the promotion all individuals must access the live stream anytime between 6:30pm and 7:40pm
Entrants must be aged 16 years old and over. One prize draw entry per attendee email address. Individuals must reside in the UK.
Entry is open to colleagues of the East of England Co-op.
Any entry of a party directly associated with administration of the prize draw is invalid.
Incomplete registrations will not be considered and will be destroyed.
The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual it has reason to believe is tampering with the operation of the promotion or a violation of the terms and conditions.
Prizes
50 x £5 store vouchers are available to win for 50 individuals.
No cash alternative.
The prize draw
Attendees of the episode will be entered into a prize draw after the event on Wednesday 9th March 2022. One entry per email address.
50 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process by 8:30pm on Wednesday 9th March 2022.
Notifying Winners
The 50 winners will be notified by their registered email address (using details provided at registration) by 9:00pm on Wednesday 9th March 2022.
Individuals who have not won we will be notified by their registered email address by 9:00pm on Wednesday 9th March 2022.
Claiming your £5 store voucher
The 50 winners must provide a postal address to claim their prize by using a link in the email. The link will provide the winner will a form to complete and provide their postal address.
The winner must provide a valid postal address by Monday 14th March at 8am. Failure to do this will result in the winner’s prize being forfeited.
The postal address will be used to send the £5 store voucher to the winners and not be used for any other reason including marketing or advertising. The postal address data will be deleted 5 days after the voucher has been posted.
The winner’s prize will be sent to the winner’s address by Wednesday 16th March 2022.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost or delayed in the post.
£5 store voucher terms and conditions
The voucher can be used in full or part payment for goods and services offered by the East of England Co-op only.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Change up to £0.99 will be given upon transaction.
The promoter cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers. Photocopies will not be accepted.
All the above terms and conditions will be displayed on the back of the store voucher.
There is no expiry date for the voucher being used.
General
The winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Community Engagement, East of England Co-operative Society, Wherstead Park, The Street, Wherstead, Ipswich IP9 2BJ between Monday 14th March and Friday 25th March 2022.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
