We've teamed up with Public Health Suffolk to support their 'Keep Moving Suffolk' campaign!

We're proud to be supporting the Keep Moving Suffolk campaign. It is a highly regarded local campaign to support & encourage people to get active and stay active during these unprecedented times. It aims to be a trusted source of information that inspires and encourage everyone to become or remain active by sharing ideas, tips, useful links and positive stories.

You can find all the exercises along with printable / downloadable exercise cards on the Keep Moving Suffolk Website

Public Health Suffolk have put together a range of exercises that can be performed easily to keep us moving as much as possible! These handy exercises have been designed to help people to do something every day to be active at home. Many of the exercises come from the NHS. They are all designed to give you lots of options for ‘moving more’ in different ways and can be done in any order on any day.

It’s important that we keep active as whatever your age, there’s strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life. People who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing many long-term (chronic) conditions, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and some cancers. Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy, as well as reducing your risk of stress, depression, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
