Job Title: Team Manager (Food Retail)

As a Team Manager you will be an integral part of the store management team. A typical day will involve setting task priorities, organising the Team and helping our customers have a positive experience every time they come into our store.
Whilst previous experience in retail is useful it’s not essential as we really focus on individuals with loads of enthusiasm, the drive to deliver excellent service standards, the confidence to make decisions and a passion for creating a great place to work.
