Job Title: Funeral Co-Ordinator

We are a local and independent Co-operative and our Funeral Service strives to be the first choice locally for families across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex for their funeral planning and arrangements.
Our Funeral Co-Ordinators provide an individual and high quality service to families through advice, guidance and support with funeral arrangements and pre-payment plans. You will guide the family on the range of services available, the costs involved and liaise with hospitals, nursing homes, doctors, clergy, crematoria as well as colleagues across our business. Experience of funerals is not required but you will need to demonstrate compassionate client skills with sensitivity and discretion at all times. You will also have great attention to detail and co-ordination skills to ensure that everything goes to plan.

We are looking for a new colleague to work with us 32.50 hours per week, which will normally be worked Monday to Friday.
