Job Title: Customer Service Assistant (Post Office)

As an independent Co-operative with an understanding of the local marketplace, the East of England Co-op recognises the crucial role post offices play in our communities across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. You will be based in our Foodstore / Supermarket and be part of a wider team providing a friendly and valuable service.
The role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency whilst also advising customers about the full range of services, promotions and offers available. If you have cash handling experience, a methodical approach, and a flair for providing great customer service then please get in touch.
We are looking for a new colleague to work with us 12.5 hours per week to be worked over various shift patterns over the working week which will be discussed during interview.
