Job Title: Branch Manager (Food Retail)

As the branch manager you will lead the store management team, coaching and developing colleagues to deliver fantastic customer service, deliver the store’s financial targets and raise the profile of the store in the local community whilst also ensuring all security and safety standards are met. In a typical day you will be leading the store team, managing stock levels, seeking opportunities to maximise profitability, ensuring your store has store standards to be proud of and ensuring that your team provide a brilliant customer experience.
You will need leadership skills that bring out the best in those around you and passion to deliver excellent customer service. You will also need financial acumen and confidence to use technology to help you manage your store. Experience of Food retailing along with associated standards and regulations is helpful but not essential as training will be provided. We are looking for a new colleague to work with us 39 hours per week which will normally be worked on a rota basis to cover the range of trading hours which will be discussed during interview.
