Postal and online voting

Eligible members who've requested a postal vote will soon be receiving their voting pack. We will also be emailing all other eligible members who've not registered for a postal vote (where we hold a valid email address for them) with information on how to vote online.

Registration for voting has now closed

Voting on motions at the Annual Members' Meeting and in the Election of Directors is only open to eligible members. In order to be eligible you must have been a member since before 13th November 2016 and you must have a share balance of at least £1.

These requirements are set out in our rules here.

Voting for our annual elections for directors is now open.

This year we have nine candidates standing for 5 vacancies on our Board of Directors, which is responsible for governance, policy and strategic decisions.

Voting online helps us to reduce postage costs, and means you can vote online right up until noon on 12th May.

Voting is really easy, all you'll need is:

Your membership number. This is a 1 to 6 digit number that is located on the front of your membership card.  You can find this on your membership card, underneath your name. This is a maximum of 6 digits. Please note this is NOT the 9 digit number on the bottom of the card.

You will also need your 8 digit security code. This will have been sent to you by email or by post if you have registered for a postal vote.

Please take the time to read the candidates election statements carefully.
