Here we meet Level Two Project Manager Shez Hopkins, who tells us about how this important youth service is adapting its services to support young people in Felixstowe at this difficult time. 

This fortnight we meet Tracy Rennie from the East Anglia's Children's Hospice (EACH), who are having to adapt their vital services to ensure they can continue to provide support to the families who need it most.

In episode four we meet a group of volunteers providing much needed food parcels to families in need in their local community.

Based in Norwich, The Feed is a social enterprise providing practical training and work experience to help prevent food hunger and homelessness. Here, Chief Executive Lucy Parish tells us more.

Suffolk Mind, in conjuction with Keep Moving Suffolk, are launching a new storybook 'Sammy the Sea Squirt'. Here Ezra Hewing, head of education at Suffolk Mind, tells us more about the link between physical and mental wellbeing in children and plans to get a copy of 'Sammy the Sea Squirt' in the book bags of all 4 and 5 year olds this September.

This week we join pupils of Hamford Primary Academy on their community litter pick. Just one of the great initiatives the children have chosen to do to help keep their school and local community clean and tidy and make the world a better place for future generations. 

Having to close their doors last March due to the pandemic, Suffolk Libraries needed to find a way to stay connected with the local community.

In this week's video we hear from Suffolk Libraries CEO Bruce Leeke, Art Exhibition Curator Ella Cairn and Library and Information Officer Kate Bacon, who tell us about how they digitised their services, stayed in contact with elderly and vulnerable members of the community, and how they are working with local artists to raise funds.

For this episode we head to Nowton Park, in Bury St Edmunds, to join a group of young carers as they take time out and join in activities organised by the Suffolk Family Carers volunteers. 

From baking bread and toasting marshmallows, to making their own bird feeders, days like this give the young carers the opportunity to have fun, be creative and importantly spend time with others who understand what it's like to care for a family member.

Match of the Dads is a fantastic project which brings together dads from in and around Norwich to share advice and support one another, whilst enjoying a game of football. 

Meeting every Monday at the FDC, founder Paul Godfrey tells us what the group means to him and the vital support it provides. 

We take a trip back to Debenham, as we join in the opening day celebrations of the Men's Shed. 

In this episode we meet just two of the many organisations helping to tackle homelessness in Norwich. St Martins and Norwich Homeless Support are both doing amazing things to help people living on the streets get the support they need to get them back into a place that they can call home. 

This week we meet some of the families and carers of young people in Suffolk, benefitting from the fantastic services provided by Zest at St Elizabeth Hospice. 

Zest is a specialist service, supporting young people on their journey as they transfer from children's services to adult services.
