Prescription Collection Service
All of our East of England Co-op pharmacies in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Stowmarket and Saxmundham in Suffolk, operate a prescription collection service from nearby GP surgeries.
If you have a regular repeat prescription we can collect it from the surgery, then when you visit the pharmacy it will be dispensed and ready.
If you visit any of our East of England Co-op pharmacies in Suffolk, you can sign up to the scheme using the agreement form in our branches.
Our pharmacy colleagues then collect repeat prescriptions as they are produced by the surgery, and dispense them.
When you call in at our East of England Co-op pharmacy your dispensed prescription will be ready, and there will be no need to wait while your prescription is dispensed.
Normally a prescription will be available for you to pick up from our co-op pharmacy two days after the repeat prescription has been issued by your surgery.
