Hearing Care Centre

Established in 1998, the main practice is situated in Ipswich with further centres located in Botesdale, Bury St Edmunds, Eye, Felixstowe, Framlingham, Hadleigh, Halesworth, Needham Market, Newmarket, Southwold, Stowmarket and Woodbridge.  It now provides a service from the Easier Living Mobility Centre in Cox Lane, Ipswich, in partnership with the East of England Co-operative Society and Simplyhealth.

The company is managed by Karen Finch, RHAD, FSHAA, FRSA, who has been involved in the hearing care industry for many years.

Hearing assessments and the fitting of digital hearing instruments is its core business, but the Hearing Care Centre also offers other services including industrial audiological screening, custom made earplugs, repairs, batteries, accessories and tinnitus management.  In fact, anything that comes under the umbrella of hearing.

The company offers unrivalled aftercare service to all of its patients and was awarded the ‘Outstanding Customer Service Award 2010’ at the Anglian Business Awards.

The Hearing Care Centre is a Member of Britain’s longest established healthcare trades association, the BHTA, whose Code of Practice is approved by the Office of Fair Trading. In fact it is the only hearing care Member in the whole of East Anglia! With the BHTA stamp of approval, The Hearing Care Centre will provide hearing care with the highest standard of service resulting in the right product with the right back-up service too.
