We believe it is important to provide a transparent description of our services together with a clear pricing structure, so you have the peace of mind that all professional service aspects of the funeral will take place without additional expense.

Our complete professional services include everything you would expect from a quality funeral service provider – together with the following, all included in the professional services charge:

  • Arrangements and administration – includes arranging the service at any time within the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex* - including your own home if required.

  •  The administration of charitable donations is also included.

  • Care of the Deceased – includes removal at any time, day or night, 365 days a year, at any location within Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex*.

  • Preparation of the deceased in their own clothing if required.

  • Visits to the Chapel of Rest at any time by appointment.

  • Conducting the funeral service – includes conducting the service within the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex*.

  • Local delivery of floral tributes after the service if required.

  • Local delivery of cremated remains if required.

  • We also provide access to free legal advice regarding the estate, probate, insurances or any aspect of the deceased’s affairs, if required.

Please remember that as members of the National Association of Funeral Directors we will always provide you with a full written estimate of costs. Price lists are also available to take away from our funeral offices.
