The Society can offer excellent career progression, as well as nationally accredited qualifications, and a variety of training to suit individual jobs across the Society’s businesses and departments.
Once you have completed your probationary period, employee discount is available*, and by becoming a Member of the Society you get a share in the business you work for.
After a qualifying period, and subject to the Board of Directors’ agreement, Society employees also receive Employee Dividend Vouchers.
